Preparations are well underway for this year’s Dragonfly Ball taking place on Saturday 12th October and it’s shaping up to be our best one yet!
The event is not only an important date in our fundraising calendar, it is a celebration of the positive impact we can make on the lives of others.
Enjoy an exclusive drinks reception within The Biscuit Factory – the UK’s largest independent art, craft and design gallery set in the heart of Newcastle’s cultural quarter. Guests will then be treated to a full evening of entertainment, a fantastic three course seasonal menu, live auction and plenty of opportunities to win some fantastic prizes.
We are lucky enough to have the support of some fantastic UK companies who are supporting the event by donating prizes such as a robotic lawnmower, men’s watch and home cinema projector to name just a few.
With many of our guests the parents of young children, we are also excited to have received a donation of a scooter and scooter helmet from Micro Scooters, a family-run and B-Corp certified brand. Renowned for their multi-award-winning 3 wheel scooters, and now branching out to their first electric car, adult scooters and even festival trolleys we are thrilled to have the support of a company doing their utmost to get everyone moving in a greener, cleaner, healthier way.
