Entrance: Please enter via the main art gallery entrance on Stoddart Street.
Exit: You will be leaving the building via The Biscuit Room exit on Bermondsey Street. We advise for taxis to collect you from this location after the event has finished.
Parking: There are a limited number of car parking spaces outside the main art gallery entrance. More on street parking can be found on Bermondsey Street which can be accessed via Shieldfield Lane, turning right onto Boyd Street then right again onto Bermondsey Street. Parking is free of charge.
Dress code: The event is formal / black tie, however your enjoyment of the night is far more important to us, so please wear what you feel most comfortable in.

This year’s event will follow a masked theme which reflects some of the essential support that we offer to young cancer patients across the country. Mask decorating kits are one of the most popular items in our activity boxes sent to children’s cancer wards and continue to have a huge impact on those receiving treatment. The masks are used by Play Specialists to help prepare little ones for the radiotherapy mask they may have to wear as part of their treatment, as well as providing a fun escape from their surroundings.
Wearing a mask on the night is entirely optional, but if you would like to buy one, Masks & Tiaras online shop will donate 10% of your order to Dragonfly Cancer Trust.

The Dragonfly Ball is our signature fundraising event and a celebration of achievements that have been possible thanks to your support.
Following the meal our Ambassador, Fred Wyrley-Birch from Anderson & Garland Auctioneers, will entertain you all as he hosts our live auction, followed by live music from the Union Street Band.
We have some fantastic prizes to be won throughout the evening, as well as live and silent auctions for some truly unique and memorable experiences. We will be releasing further information about our top prizes in the coming weeks, so please remember to check this page for updates.
Please remember to bring cash in order to enter our raffle and other fundraising games, the nearest ATM is outside Tesco on Stoddart Street a short walk away. Bar sales and auction bids can be paid for using a credit or debit card.
